Online Training Course for Students with Learning Disabilities (DSA)

The Department of Biomedical Sciences is offering a free online training course (FAD) provided through the ANASTASIS platform, specifically designed for students with disabilities or specific learning disorders (DSA) enrolled in the Department’s Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes.
Participation is reserved for students who have submitted valid certification to the University’s designated office.

Course Objectives

The course aims to provide students with a genuine “toolbox” to help them approach their university studies more effectively and independently.
Participants will gain access to strategies, tools, and resources designed to enhance study methods, autonomy, and motivation, through the use of digital technologies and targeted learning techniques.

Course Content

The training will cover, among other topics:

• the use of software and applications for text comprehension;
• techniques for summarising and structuring study materials;
• effective memorisation and review strategies.
