Inauguration ceremony for the new University Hospital in Hue, Vietnam

A delegation of professors from our department—composed of Professors Piero Cappuccinelli, Daniele Dessì, Matteo Floris, and Fabio Scarpa—is visiting Hue University in Vietnam to participate in the inauguration ceremony of the new University Hospital and to discuss the joint project for a master's degree course in "Biomedical Sciences for One Health" and a series of research projects that will involve several researchers from the Department. 

The opening ceremony of the new building, held today, December 10, was attended by representatives of the Italian Republic, which financed the work through the Italian Cooperation Aid Credit (via the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs - AICS), the Italian ambassador to Vietnam, H.E. Marco Della Seta (visiting Hue University for the first time), and - for AICS - Director Dr. Margherita Lulli and Dr. Luca Sartorelli.

All the speeches emphasized the centrality and fruitfulness of the relationship between the universities of Hue and Sassari.
